I'll stock your freezer with 20 meals filled with proteins, veggies and carbs- fully balanced meals. I don't use any premade sauces or packaged seasonings- everything is made with real food and real ingredients.

Traditional Meals including Gluten Free:

$450 for 4 servings per dinner

$350 for 2 servings per dinner

Meals are subject to change as ingredient availability changes. There will always be a mixture of chicken, pork, turkey and beef and a variety of vegetables. Carbs will be a mixture of rice, quinoa, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn chips or garlic bread. Meals are designed to be cooked on low for 8 hours  (a little longer is fine, too) in a 4 quart slow cooker and some evenings the meal will require you to add rice or broccoli 15-20 minutes before serving (everything is provided and labeled). You will need freezer space!
