Each week, we will plan the week's meals. We will take into consideration any special timing requirements, guests, or events. Then we schedule the time and day for me to head over and prep your meals.

Meals will be cooked in your kitchen, I will bring most of the utensils and tools I need. I spend 3-6 hours preparing the meals, labeling them clearly and leaving them in your fridge, ready with instructions for you to reheat and eat.

Then I clean up after myself- imagine all the time you'll regain!
